The benefits are clear organic food can seriously reduce your risk of allergic reaction, and a few, scarce studies that haven't been able to be verified show that those who regularly ate organic foods have been nearly or completely cured from many allergies. While this data hasn't yet been confirmed, more studies are looking into the possibility which would mean great things, and many breakthroughs, in science. With so many positive effects, why don't more people eat organic foods? Well, it's a misconception that a handful of people eat them in fact, organic food is the largest growing food sector in the world, as more and more people realize the true benefits.
